Donald Trump is not the president yet! He has won the electoral college votes, but that does not guarantee him a win! The electoral college doesn’t vote until the 19th of December!

Not sure how to write a letter to a government official?
http://www.wikihow.com/Address-a-Letter-to-a-Government-Official
How to Write a Letter
Address it appropriately:
Always use the proper title. Letters to a governor should be addressed “Dear Governor Suchandsuch,” Presidential electors have many different titles. If you are unsure of your electors title google them, you should be able to find it. In the case that you can’t find the proper title simply address it “Presidential elector Suchandsuch,”
Finding the mailing address:
Run a web search for “[government official] mailing address.” If a web search doesn’t turn up the answer, then visit the website for the relevant department of the local, state, or national government.
Do your homework:
If your governor or elector is a minority plead to that. If your Governor or elector has taken action against Trump or any of the reprehensible ideals he stands for mention it. If your governor or elector has stood with Clinton or any of the ideals she stands for mention it.
Identify yourself:
If it is safe for you to do so address the letter personally and have a return address. Name yourself and your credentials in the letter. If you have experience in political fields, activism, public service bring it up. If you have ever personally met the person you are addressing mention that. Briefly explain why your letter is important.
If it is not safe for you to put your name or address on the letter for any reason, please send the letter addressed from a concerned voter or something similar. The letter may not make it to the governor or elector personally, but the sheer number of letters will speak for itself.
Be polite and respectful:
You are trying to change these people’s minds. You won’t do it by venting. Don’t swear, throw insults, make threats or accusations. Be concise. Get to your point quickly and professionally. Why should they change they not vote for Trump? Why should they vote for Clinton?
Be human:
Write about your personal experience. Have you ever been a target of racism, misogyny, xenophobia, homophobia, bigotry, or any of Trumps other sins? Use that to your advantage. Make your governor or elector understand the real consequences of having Trump as our president.
Edit and Revise:
Edit for grammar and content. If you can, have someone else check it over for you.
Don’t waste your time:
You DO NOT need to write a new letter for every person. Use the same letter. Reword it a little bit to cater to your governor or elector if necessary. Make sure you send the letter to the correct person.
Keep it short:
Government officials may get hundreds of letters a day. The forty page letters will not be read. Keep it short and to the point. A page or two will do it.
If for any reason you can’t write a letter yourself here is a form letter you can use. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gnhWQG1jg-IEqnS5kaOvrfM-qd7750x7JXDMkKpMvbU/pub
If you can do better PLEASE DO BETTER!
We have 40 days! We could still win this! Let’s get to work!
Even if you won’t be contacting anyone please reblog this and tag it #notmypresident
